Touring Canada at Guild Park - Sunday June 29

This Sunday afternoon (June 29), just before Canada Day, take a special tour at Guild Park to celebrate the landmarks and Canadians who link the site to our country.
Free Canada Day cookies and Canada lapel pins will be available (limited qualtities).
Guild Park's features on this first-ever guided walk includes tributes to some remarkable Canadian stories. Included are:
Canada's only musician knighted for his work
the Canadian doctor awarded the Nobel Prize, then died on a secret WWII mission
the facade of Canada's tallest building in 1895
the sculpted symbols Canada's oldest bank created showing our natural resources
the couple who started Canada's only artist community,
and lots more
The tour starts at 2:30 pm and is ideal for the all ages. Come to Guild Park's Sculptor's Cabin - watch for the Friends of Guild Park banner and the Canadian flag.

Hosted by the award-winning Friends of Guild Park. The tour is free to members, others by donation. Wear comfortatble walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Plenty of free parking on-site.
