About the event
On the Sunday before Remembrance Day, find out about Guild Park's remarkable military legacy. This new outdoor
walking tour highlights:
the reinstallation of the War Horse sculpture,
the connection between its sculptor and Canada’s Vimy Ridge Memorial
Guild Park’s commemorative Vimy Oaks, and
the park’s link to veterans and two top secret projects from WWII.

The 80-minute tour starts by Guild Park's Sculptor's Cabin, close to the flagpole near the park's front gate. Plenty of free parking on-site. The tour is out-doors so dress appropriately for the weather.
