Our Streets & Stories at Guild Park’s Monument Walk
Did you know that Guild Park once included a road lined by cottages, artist studios, and homes where people could drive to the top of the Scarborough Bluffs?
Join us on this year’s Popular Jane’s Walk along what remains of that street—today known as Monument Walk—and explore how this former roadway has been transformed over time. Along the way, we’ll notice hand-carved artifacts, traces of past lives, and places where nature has reclaimed the landscape.
As we walk, we’ll share stories and reflections about the people who lived, learned, and created here—and consider how this evolving path continues to shape how we experience Guild Park today.
Tour starts at Front Gate, 201 Guildwood Parkway
