This guided walk is ideal for newcomers and park regulars - it's for everyone who like to know more about this 88-acre historic park located in the heart of Guildwood Village along the Scarborough Bluffs.
The 75-minute tour is organized by Friends of Guild Park, the award-winning not-for-profit organization that's been making the park better for more than a decade.
The outdoor tour starts by the flagpole near the park's front gates, 201 Guildwood Pkwy. and highlights many of the almost forgotten stories about this place.
Enjoy a relaxing walk through gardens with bronze, steel and stone sculptures, marvel at the park's landmark Greek Theatre, step inside a restored sculptor's cabin, and much more.
For this one-of-a-kind tour, be sure to bring your questions about Guild Park and your comfy walking shoes. The tour is led by Friends of Guild Park President, John Mason, along with active members of the group.
The tour is free for members of Friends of Guild Park and $15 for non-members. All proceeds go toward Guild Park improvements and activities. Space is limited so RSVP online.
