About the event

Hear how community residents are making a difference by improving their neighbourhood's environment and historic asset.

The 30 minute talk takes place in-person at Guild Park, 201 Guildwood Pkwy., Toronto

The event will also be live streamed for all Guild Park and National Trust supporters, as well as history buffs worldwide.

Guild Park was one of Canada's Top 10 Most Endangered Sites in 2011. Last year, National Trust for Canada listed it among its "Great Saves" in the past 50 years.  This talk is part of #HISTORICPLACESDAYS 2024, organized by the National Trust for Canada.

Friends of Guild Park is pleased to again be part of this annual national event. This year's theme for Historic Places Days (July 10 - 17, 2024) is "food & Gardens" - which is most appropriate for Guild Park & Gardens.
